My name is Thrawn. If you are interested, I have an experiment for us in custodial to try. Should it succeed, it may reduce your workload there, in half the time. It may also - and this could be either a warning or an additional incentive - irritate Richter Belmont.

Right, yeah, there's two of them. I know that. So you're saying you wanna piss those guys off and work less?

Ideally, yes. Their method of running the crew is inefficient.

Wasting time or resources.

I don't...care about that. But I like doing less work.

So what's your plan?

We do our usual cleaning duties, but outlined differently. Instead of all of us meeting on one floor to scrub everything down, we will each take a floor to ourselves. Given that we are on a nine-day rotating schedule, if you prefer, you may take one of the least-occupied floors.

...That sounds like still doing all of the work. Maybe more work. A whole floor?

A floor that has been recently cleaned already, instead of the build-up of detritus from nine days of non-cleaning.

And how's that gonna show them up? If we're just doing the job?

We are doing it with less work and less time. A win for everyone.

Okay. I'll try it once. If it's not really less work, though, I'm not gonna do it again.
